Hailing from Birmingham, Alabama, Tom initially pursued studies at Rollins College with aspirations of attending law school. However, his trajectory shifted when he seized a management opportunity with a leading publicly traded homebuilder. Recognizing the significance of customer interaction and superior design, Tom established Sharp Residential in 1991. While the company was acquired by Toll Brothers in 2019, Tom’s passion for building homes never waned, leading him to swiftly establish Northpoint Luxury Homes and resume creating luxury home communities in North Atlanta.
